Very bad

Hi Old mutual was supposed to pay out my cash back on the 30th September. I went to their branch several times but haven't received it yet. I emailed to *** as well, but didn't receive any response. I told them my bank account they used were closed and send them my new bank account details. The case has been escalated 4times by the Stellenbosch branch, but they don't respond to any info that was send and this is very bad service. The consultant had called them as well, but nothing seems to work. I feel this is a very big issue for all clients who are with them for many years and are treated like this. Regards. Ursula Adonis.
