Vehicle hit with Hail in Old Mutual's posession, Bad Services, Repair cost amount to 67.7% of the car value.

I am a client of old mutual, I had an accident on the 11th of November 2019 on R33 between Piet Retief and Amsterdam Mpumalanga. My vehicle was towed from accident Scene by Ermelo Towing services. It was again hit with hail and damaged whilst at Ermelo Towing Service on the 18th of November. Below is a list of my complaints. 1) Accident happened when I was 20km from Piet Retief and 30km before Amsterdam. A towing vehicle was dispatched from Ermelo which is 125km from accident scene. Whereas there are towing services and repair centres which does business with Old Mutual in Piet Retief 20km from the accident scene. I had to wait from 12H00 to 18H00

2) Two claims were registered under my Policy, Accident claim amount to R74 424.27 and hail damage amount to R 57060.41 Question is why they would register claim for damages I am not responsible for under my policy. This means I have to pay 2 by accesses R4000 each and total is R8000-00

3) The hail claim will again affect my future premiums credit score since I will be regarded as high risk for the accident I didn’t cause

4) The Cost of the accident I had it R74 424.27 and the hail R57 060.41 Total repair cost amount to R131 484.68. My vehicle value is R 194 00.00 the total repair cost amount to R131 484.68 which is 67.7% and it exceed the write of value. When I walk in for trade in means my vehicle is worth R62000. Old Mutual customer satisfaction is not your priority. My vehicle hasn’t been repaired.
