USELESS PATHETIC RUDE UNHELPFUL IDIOTS
These idiots, *********** fools, can't do a single thing properly. I have to receive policy documents urgently as we travelling overseas. These ******* staff didn't send it to us and when I complained, they keep asking me a thousand questions but are completely UNHELPFUL. Can someone call me urgently!!! Even the managerss are completely USELESS.!!! NAFEEZA RAZA AND ROOKSANA VAN HEERDEN ARE BOTH ***********! i WILL NEVER USE OLD MUTUAL AGAIN. PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM *********** fools who can't do their jobs. I am so furious.
