Useless!!

Absolutely useless! As the first time claiming from my insurance company, I can completely understand why people don't want to have insurance and they are so useless and not helpful at all. I am trying to claim to have car repaired following an accident. I got all the necessary information and set it through to them. They are forcing me to use a panel beater that I do not trust to fix my car and have requested a different dealer. Today they went behind my back and booked my car in with the one I don't want to use without informing me first. I was only made aware of this ridiculous situation when said panel beater phoned to ask me when I was bringing my car in for assessment. Now I have to wait while the matter is escalated.
