Let me 1st say thank you to Maritza Cornelius for trying to resolve this. I however have to give Old Mutual a ZERO. Don't be linked to ************ companies yet fail to support client. Please check the google reviews on this company names Motovaps. i took this policy only because it has ties to Old Mutual. thinking if for any reason like now i have issues Old Mutual will step in and be a mediator not a post box or messenger. Maritza is only able to follow up and feedback which means this motovaps gets away with rejecting claims and hiding reports away.
