Unresolved Repair Issues and Poor Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Old Mutual Insure and their approved repairer Pro Beat Autobody. After submitting my claim, my vehicle was sent to Pro Beat Panelbeaters for repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs were not completed to the expected standard. There are still unresolved issues with my vehicle. What is even more frustrating is the lack of assistance from Old Mutual Insure in resolving this matter. As a client, I trusted their approved panel beater to restore my vehicle properly. Instead, I am left with ongoing concerns and no clear resolution. I expected better quality control, accountability, and customer care — especially from an insurer of this reputation. I am still seeking a fair and proper resolution to ensure my vehicle is repaired correctly. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed urgently.
