Unreliable Partners/Dealers - Terrible

<p>Friday night my other car that I have insured with M&M but my father is the usual driver had Mechanical Breakdown. I called M&M and got assistance and my car was towwed to a VW in Kuilsriver in Cape Town.</p> <p>I have not received a call from them and so on Wednesday morning I called them and the receptionist took down my number and name and said someone would call me back. In the afternoon just before 17:00 I called them again and the lady transferred me before I could finish my sentence and the department she transferred me to did not pick up my call. To this point I don't know whether my car is safe and my Dad is stranded and the VW staff have not bothered to call me or my father. Mutual and Federal has to choose theijr partners or dealers they do business with carefully!! I am being treated like I don't matter, like my car is no use..This is frustrating</p>
