Unreliable

I am a 3rd party claim. My case has been thrown to 3 different people in the last 30 days. I only seem to receive ********** emails but absolutely no response from the person who is supposed to assist with the 3rd party claims. i haven't even received a case number from the broker insurance or anyone, I apparently have 2. Unprofessional, unreliable and "bull****ters". Will never consider having you as an insurance rather go to Outsurance they actually treat people with respect.
