Unpaid Old Mutual insurance Claim - Claim number ***

Good day. Back in 2020 my car a Toyota Etios (JG83YLGP) was in involved in an accident and got hit by a BMW X5/X6 (HT71ZFGP) Killarney and rosebank… After the BMW driver admire his faulty , The driver opened a claim on his insurance old mutual insure and then gave me the claim number - *** . Going forward after submitting all documents they requested I had to wait for 3/4 months then they told me via phone call and email that they cannot pay me for the damages because according to their calculations their client’s car is more expensive than mine and therefore I should fix it myself and I should never call them again . I was left with R30 000 worth of damages to fix , both the insurance and their client they cut me off and made no communication…. Old mutual said if they fix my car I will have to fix their client’s car which is absolutely ******* to say an excuse not to pay….
