unhappy customer

Today I receive a mail from old mutual saying my insurance policy was cancelled after +-7 being with then telling me I have claim to much. when I do not claim they do not send me a mail saying hello sir we are cancelling your policy for the next two or tree months because you didn't claim. I am very unhappy with there services and I would like to say thank you now I can take my business somewhere else.
