Unhappy client

The worst insurance company I have ever worked with after claims is very poor my car has been at panelbeaters for a month now. They gave the go ahead but put wrong address on of panelbeaters the panelbeaters rep**** asking them to correct it and no response. I tried to phone oldmutual insure but hanup after waiting 80min on the line for my call to be answered on trying again your call just gets dropped. Your emails only get rep**** after 3 days if lucky. I am very disappointed my rental car goes back today they do not want to extend it as I have used up my amount of days which I deal is not right as the hold up is their fault their incompetence
