Unhappy cliebt

Sent through a claim in July, which was initially rejected due to “negligence” and later sent back for review. At the time, I was advised that the investigation would take approximately 25–30 days.

It has now been over 30 days, and I have not yet received upon following up, they told me it has been taken to an Assistant Internal Arbitrator . I want to know how many days will this take?
