Unfair treatment as a third party

I truly feel i have treated unfairly with old mutual insure in dealing with my case as a third party claim when there is enough evidence and their client agreed that she was at fault during the accident as declared in the police report and now they want a witness report for the accident which their client is admitting that she was at fault...I really unfairly treated in this case and i wish someone at old mutual could help because this so frustrating and costly on my side i have been dealing with many contacts on this case but no conclusion at old mutual insure and still no help but i will am willing to fight until justice is served
