Unfair deducted my cars insurance

My cars are insured by Ominsure Old Mutual.17 March 2023 I bought 2 vehicles from Suzuki Clearwater.Before I can finalize the contract I must insure the vehicles then i can drove them out of Suzuki premises.I phone my brokers for insurannce.The lady told me why am I phoning so late.So I told her if she cant help me then King price is willing to help me and I paid them.And on that spot my 2 Suzuki vehicles was insured by King Price.I have Suzuki Clearwater that can be the witnesses.I phoned my broker and he told me old mutual gonna refund me with only R20266.05 because it was my mistake????I never signed a contract that they must insure my vehicles.But I paid on thre 17March 2023 that they insure the cars.I worked out that Old Mutual must pay me back R45 415.94.
