Unfair Billing
There was a burglary in my house and then reported the matter to old mutual insure, the matter was reported to the police ( case number 11/11/2017) the insurer promised R38000 +R6713 . To my surprise they now only want to pay me for the the door and not for the home content worth R38000. They only paid R 6713 for the door and not prepared to pay R 38000 for my home content.please help! My policy number is ********** 0
