Undermined and delayed by Old Mutaul Insure when claimimng

Old Mutual Insure, has low premiums compared to most. i have always had good service with these guys. Suddenly they have changed colors on me. I'm have been struck by lighting and I'm ensured enough for household. Suddenly when i process a claim they give me the run around making me provide quotes to replace and they turn around and saying that the item I'm claiming for are of high amount even though they fall within my household cover threshold. They asked me to provide a quote and they go and pull another quote. Why is that when they selling you insurance there are no hassles and when you want to claim it drags and you asked to move mountains for something you pay for monthly. They even asked me to pull an inventory form before the claim ca be assessed further. This is unnecessary delay tactics for not wanting to pay out. I 'm disturbed and feel like I'm undermined that i do not qualify to have such contents as they giving me the run around for something within my right. This is cheating to clients.
