Under-quoted insurance assessment claim M & F

To whom this may concern:<br> <br> Repairs for damages to my car had been under-quoted by the Mutual and Federal Assessment Centre in Hatfield.<br> <br> The repairs cannot be successfully made and cannot be restored to it's original state due to the incorrect assessment made by Harry Brits.<br> <br> The assessment value he stated is one third short from the amount required to make the full repairs.<br> <br> This is slowing the whole process down for the repairs to be made and as a Mutual & Federal client I think this is really unfair to me.<br> <br> Jill Freeman is handling the claim and refuses to investigate/refer the above matter. <br> <br> Why does the customer need to suffer for an error made by the Mutual & Federal assessor?<br> <br> I was under the impression that Mutual & Federal handles their claims without hassles to the client.<br> <br> I look forward to a prompt response.
