Unacceptable communication and increase of premiums

My annual premium increase is November of each year. OMI, however, increased in on 1 August with a promise to increase it again in November. The excuse is that the increase for the August 2024 premium is due to CLIMATE CHANGE. Why should insurers pay for climate change? I also experience bad results of climate change and since I am a pensioner, I do not even get an annual increase on this money that I have to live off. Now the OMI want to punish their clients for climate change. I do not have airplanes or factories, and to increase premiums more than once and even more than twice a year, is unacceptable. There is no place or way how I can punish someone to pay me as a result of climate change. It is insane. They don't even give their clients chance to shop around for better insurance, it is just a matter of taking your money from your bank account. And on top of that, they don't even deduct the amount that was on the insurance schedule. They made an error, they say (was not the first time). The message that was given to me is: OMI does not speak to clients. How on earth? So, they can do whatever they want, increase and deduct as they like, and they do not speak to their clients? Is this a matter for the Ombud to check into, or must social media take note of this?
