unable to get anyone to assist with third party cl
ive been trying for the last 2 days to submit a claim against a m & u client nobody seems to be avaialble at that specific department not an agent or the team leader is this you guys way of getting out of paying clients when they claim against your clients i logged a complaint last week as well which just got deleted if i dont receive a call i will be logging the claim with the ombudsman and state that you guys refuse to assist me
