Two Months, no answer

A client of Old Mutual Insure caused an accident with me. The process I have been through in order to get my third party claim submitted has been a joke. More than two months later and I am still waiting for the assessor to make a decision. A decision which was supposed to take 10 days. Agreement Chauke has been unwilling to answer my questions, short-off and points me in other directions. The service has been pathetic.
