TRYING TO PASS BLAME (NEGLIGENCE) ONTO ME WHEN PHOTO PROOF SHOWS OTHERWISE

<p>Their client drove into me and i did a third party claim, ater submitting photos showing their client cross the solid line they seem to not consider photots and just go on their clients statement. They admit 70% negligence and push 30% onto me but i feel i did nothing wrong. I was in my own lane and stopping at robot and he suddenly turned over the solid line into me. i had cars on the left of me too sow couldnt swerve that way either even if there was time. How am i negligent by obeying the law? Because his statement conflicts mine they have just went on his statement and not considered photos and proof and want to pay me R3900 out of R19000 which will not cover my damages. WORST OF ALL - they dont respond timeously on email, dont answer the phone when i call the Litigator on her direct line. I leave messages with her assistant/team leader and she still does not call back (Ronelle Harvey). I have been forced to go to small claims court and take the driver on in his personal capacity in order to get closer to the amount needed for repairs. They are tring to exploit me and apparently what i read they do it to everyone (insurance companys in general).</p>
