Travel insure
I have taken a travel policy from old mutual insure on 9th Sept. The funds were cleared by my bank. I was told by Old Mutual that it takes about 24 to 48 hours for the policy document to be sent to us. To date. I have not received the documents in spite of my numerous calls. I chose Old Mutual to have peace of mind, but instead I'm so stressed. Please try to sort this our urgently.
