Tornado damage to house. Claim declined

In November 2016, a Tornado struck the Ennerdale area.Many houses were destroyed including mine. Due to the tremors my balcony was pulled away from the main house and this caused water to flow from the balcony through the crevices into my lounge upstairs. I have a double storey and the top structure is a loft room, which is a wooden structure. The floor of the lounge is damaged. It is unsafe to stand or walk on the floor upstairs. The floor is the roof of the ground floor and the roof is sunken and damaged. There are other areas also damaged on the Loft structure.We have been working with Old Mutual Insure to get this claim approved. Old mutuals response is that due to the poor contruction it is a maintenance issue. Its interesting that Old Mutual policy began in August 2004. On inception the property was inspected and the policy approved.

I have reached a dead end with them. Because it is summer now, with the heavy rains and storms ,my property is damaging further.
