This is last straw

So after 2 months I am still waiting on feedback from the Insurence to sort out my Car. CAPE PANAL BEATERS is not being held liable for the **** they caught on with my car. And Friday speaking with Holly Solomons she was informed by her management that the OSTI offices only opened today. Clear lie. Cause on Friday I called the OSTI. So clearly they are in complete disregard of there clients. And will not hold the service provider fully Liable. Even Regan Bruintjies said he will contact the assessor Craig Walters and still no feedback. They are so unreliable. No contingency plans has been put in place and I honestly feel to take them to court cause I feel that they will do everything to make sure that they and the service provider benefits and give the client (Me) the worst service ever. So now I hope that they will just pay me out and cut the service provider lose. So let me see what incompitent OMInsure consultant will contact me. Now again. And please no emails have the decency to call.
