Third party claim rejected based on vehicle damage pics lol

Won't recommend them to anyone. Turned my claim down based on pictures they saw of my cars damage and the sketch I drew. Was overtaken on the left side by a scooter while busy parking to the left and got hit by the scooter. Apparently I blocked the right of way for the scooter and apparently speed is not a factor in a parking lot that is connected to a public road. What happened to keep left pass right? What happened to keep a safe distance. I tried by all means to avoid the accident but the bike was too fast and hit me on my left side. Now the claim has been turned down. There is cameras in the Centre but they opted not to even watch it. I gave them witness details and they turned the witness words which caused her to become very angry. There is no faith in this type of behavior. It's like the assessors are there to assess for loop holes. It's been 30 days with this game they playing. I need to claim from my insurance now because my claim time will expire. I asked the lady how she came to all this conclusion and she said she looked at my cars damages and made that decision.
