Third party claim not yet paid after 15 workdays

I had an accident with a person insured at Mutual and Federal. During the whole process I had to do the all the phoning and following up between the different departments. The accident took place on 14 May and the guilty person was the Mutual and Federal client. <br> When my claim reached the last stage before payment, I was told that it will take 15 workdays. That was on 29 June 2015. After several calls and multiple escalations from their side no payment was received. <br> In the meantime I had to be without a car.
