Third party claim

I lodged a third party claim for an accident that occurred on the 22/07/2019 at the Huhudi T-junction. The lady I was involved in the accident with is insured with old mutual insure. On the scene of the accident the lady admitted fault and stated that she did not see I was indicating to turn right into Huhudi and overtook, at a T-junction and she overtook on the same side I indicated that I was turning, road rules clearly state that in this instance the driver overtaking may do so if they have space on the left side.

I submitted all the documentation required by Old mutual insure third party department and they gave me feedback on Saturday,21/09/0019, stating that their insured was not negligent nor are they liable for repairing my car. I am not happy at all with this outcome as it is not justified and have come to the conclusion that Old mutual insure is being unjust and are avoiding paying out after they had called and asked the panel beaters to reduce the initial quoted amount, where in all of this was it decided that my claim should be rejected? I also feel that a proper investigation was not done as they did not go check the road where the accident happened and the decision made was done so without making sure of all the facts.

It is unfortunate that I have to go through such struggles purely because the insurance doesn't want to pay out.
