Third party claim - closed because detectives can't find car registration in eNatis and can't locate Department of Health
<p>I was a customer of Mutual and Federal through a broker Certisure and in Feb 16 a bakkie from Department of Health rear ended me at a red light. I was told to to the claim myself and pay and then they will claim 3rd party and pay me my excess back but it would take a while.</p> <p> </p> <p>More than a year later today I am told that the claim is closed because the detective services can't find the license plate in eNATIS or the person responsible at Department of Health.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a bunch of fotos of the person the bakkie with red NW numberplates Department of Health branding on the bakkie the license disc everything and now you tell me a year later case closed. This is unacceptable...</p>

********** 71 is the group policy number I have and the ********** 2 is the number I got from Certisure which are the brokers. They told me that you closed the claim because you can't find the details of the guy involved although I sent pics of the car the license plate and the license disc with all info it is a red numberplate with department of health logo on the bakkie so I am not sure how this person can't be tracked
