Third Party claim

<p>I have been waiting almost 3 months for my claim ,and get no responses to my emails, cannot get through to the person handling my claim(Valencia Mokae), this is ridiculous and really bad service. i call every two hours each day, and even tried calling from different numbers. but no one has attended to my issue, i am awaiting the pay out of my claim Reference: ********** 79 but can surely not seem to get this done, i was told via email to expect money deposited into my account within 10 working days from 8 June 2017 and today is 27 June...and nothing is reflecting in my account...Poor Poor Poor customer service</p> <p>one would swear that there is no one who works in the claims department, once you call ********** you will remain on call having to listen to a ringing phone with no answer!!!!</p>
