They have caused a R3500 Storage fee on my vehicle

As per my last complaint, they have now delayed and taken so long to respond and clear payment that the storage fees for the motorcycle has reached R3500. <br> Now I am told that there is nothing they can do even though it is all their doing.<br> They are highly unproffesional and have a \just dont care attitude".<br> I can now not release my motorcycle as the costs of fixing and storage have amouted to the amount that a new one would cost.<br> Mutual and Federal are a bunch of ****** and I will do my best to make sure as many platforms as possible are aware of this. <br> """
