They change their policy wording to suit them
<p>I have tried putting through a claim for a product underwritten by mutual and federal (Old Mutual) which is clearly covered by the policy wording they sent me on inception of the policy. The claim has been refused with explanations that is not found in the policy wording. This is ******* and blatant ignorance showed by the people within this company, which indicates their business culture, lies and ignorance!, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS</p>
