They can’t even get my name and surname right as their client
They can’t even get my name and surname right as their client. I sent an email thrice asking this to be rectified. To no avail, I’m still sent a policy schedule with a wrong name and surname. Please note my name and surname have been captured incorrectly My name is Nandipa Mafongosi Not Nandipha Masongosi I’m not sure why it’s captured incorrectly by the agent even though the info was there when I filled an online contact form
