So a subsidiary of Old Mutual known as AA claims reject my claim . Ive disputed this with old mutual and they response is "Oh we have contacted AA and unfortunately we cant assist" I had a perfectly legitimate claim which was rejected without elaboration .
Secondly they have my vehicle in their possesion for the last 5 months and refuse to return it to me. Every email falls on deaf ears or "Weel get back to you" . Pathetic service. I advise all that are reading this thread to change your insurance to more apt companies.

04 Mar 2020, 15:56The dispute says that i have not disclosed information correctly or something oh basically what they are saying is that ive **** which isnt the case. If you guys are saying i **** you should be able to tell me what i **** about as well as when the investigations were been conducted i should have been contacted for any explanations with regards to discrepancies found. There were two parts to this claim. First was the accident second was the fact that my car was *******ly towed away and those guys caused further damages which obviously wouldnt tie up with the actual accident claim. I was not contacted or asked for any explanation. All i have received from you guys is that im a **** which is ridiculous as what ever ive said is the truth. Does it make sense for me to be without a car and pay installmenets for a vehicle that ive not had for 5 months. I did not ask affiniry to write my car of i asked them to repair it. No you guys have rejected my claim without even giving me an elaborate reason as to why it was rejected . Surely this is against ethics board .
