The Worst Service I Ever Received.
The worst service I ever received. They dont seem to know or understand Process. They will transfer you 10 times before solving your query. I had had to be transferred countless times to get to the person dealing with claim. When through to this person (Sarah Baartnard), she tells me she is busy and will back back later. After 20 minutes holding. Yeeeeer what ridiculous service. I really want to cancel that policy!!!
