The worst customer service in the history of customer service

Good day,

We lodges a claim at Kolonade branch 3 weeks ago even today there is no payout.We have been sent from pillar to post to bring documentation and every second day we get a system generated message witch ask for the same documentation.We even went to to midrand branch hoping the results would be different.Below is the message that is sent my the system with the reference number.

We borrowed money from people to bury our loved ones hoping that the claim would be seem-less but this is the worst customer service in the history of customer service.
