The WORST

So I was a third party in an accident on the 13th of MARCH. NOT my fault !!!!! My car (on my name for less than a week) was damaged on the front the radiator has a hole in it from this lady reversing into me. I have a low salary. My husband lost his job recently due to corporate downsizing and we have a 4 month old daughter. I cant get to work due to my car not being able to run and im the sole breadwinner at the moment. MUTUAL AND FEDERAL GIVES A DAMN ABOUT THIS and told me to fix it myself untill they pay out with money that i get where??? I had to borrow money to rent a car for 130pd i know its not that much but with my salary being the way it is i cant afford even 20 pd. At this point the digital assesor has had the photos for more than a week and NO FEEDBACK received. How am I supposed to handle this???? Its louzy service and I canceled my life insurance and pension funds as well as my unit trusts with old mutual as they are affiliated and I am not standing for them taking money from me when they are causing me damage. BTW I lost money on all that i invested with them!!! They are really useless and I hope everyone reads this and cancels their services.
