The service of old mutual has gone from worst to worsterest ever there isnt even a word to describe it

Old mutual's service has been bad over the years but now its the worst ever, the brokers are just there to make money off you and once they do they are gone, the call centre does not read their emails as to exactly what your need it, I asked for someone to call me as I need advise on my policies, they reply to me sending me my policy documents asking me what changes I want to make on it, to get a hold of my broker is such a mission. We are going to move our policies to a another company, you have too many competitors to be playing with your customers service experiance this way
