The service from Old Mutual is non-existent

The service from Old Mutual is non-existent. I have now phoned the claims handler 8 times- she does not answer calls and there is no voice message service . I have sent 2 urgent emails. She finally returned one message and undertook to investigate and phone me by 2pm. Needless to say this didn't happen - her phone is unanswered again and when I finally go through the whole call centre runaround, all I am told is that she is not at her desk! When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told the supervisor is off and the very same claims handler is dealing with queries. Pathetic and disgusting is the least I can say about their so called service
