The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because you will not have face to face client interaction in the future in pinelands. Shari helped my mom and I. She was very very helpful. This is what older clients want, one on one interaction. She explained everything clearly and was patient with my mom. You need more staff members like Shari. You can see that she really cares and loves doing her job.
