Terrible service I never asked for

I've been trying to cancel my OMART with telkom for 4 months once they stopped billing me the only refunded me for 3 months now the are not paying and keep saying that with their refunds department.Worst service ever, I signed a contract with telkom they are now holding me at ransom.I'm goin to the Ombudsman
