Terrible service from Old Mutual's trusted brokers, Quest Claims!

Good day, we are highly dissapointed in the shocking service we have recieved at Quest Insurance claims dept in particularly from Teboho. We have been shifted from Pillar to post and after addressing Teboho about the poor service and prolonged claim process, he showed no interest instead he was very arrogant stating i had no authority to question there work. I explained that my financee Nolwazi was involved in a accident with your client. He stated that i can complain where ever i want with total disregard for customer service. I explained the urgency of this claim which has been going on for more than a month and a few weeks. Please Old Mutual can you address this matter for *** as we have lost hope! Please can this claim be moved away from Teboho as he should be sent out to pasture.
