Terrible service from Game Sure Extended Warranty (underwritten by Mutual & Federal)

I took out extended warranty on a Whirlpool dishwasher I bought from Dion Wired, which is owned by Game, which is underwritten by Mutual & Federal, which is a member of the Old Mutual group - hence my complaint on this business. I opened a case 3 weeks ago because my dishwasher would stop working after 10 minutes. Game's technician came and couldn't fix the problem at my house so he took the dishwasher with him to his workshop. That was three weeks ago - I have heard nothing from anyone since. I have phoned Game Sure Extended Warranty (on ***) twice to try and get a status update. Both times they told me they would find out from the technician and phone me back, but they never did. I want to know what's happening with my dishwasher. Is the technician not able to repair it? Can I have at least a rough estimate of when I will get it back? I just get the feeling that if I don't chase this, no one will. My reference number is 415503
