Terrible service!!

Terrible service received from Hamilton Solutions as broker and OMI as insurer. Slow responses, bad communication and no customer care what so ever. It is shameful that such companies treat clients in this way when you pay your monthly insurance timely. It is unacceptable to wait so long for proper service in solving a claim which they are appointed to do.
