Terrible service and no response when requested from Mutual and Federal claim going on for over 2 months

<p>Nearly two months ago I was involved in a car accident where a Mutual and Federal client accidentally drove into me from behind. The client was extremely helpful, however, to date I am still battling with Mutual and Federal to fix my vehicle. I am constantly told that the claim is with the accessors and Mutual and Federal have to date not made contact with me, it is always I who must call to follow up and no return calls are made back. The attitude I'm receiving is as if it's my fault the accident occurred when I am the victim in all of this. The gentlemen who drove into me's vehicle has been fixed ages ago when I have to drive around with the faulty vehicle and with a boot that cannot open because of the knock. Why do I have to endure such extreme lack of customer service and no compassion whatsoever and not to mention the inconvenience when it was no fault of mine whatsoever that the accident occurred. Let it be known that at the beginning of May I was told that access ent takes 4-5 days and we are now approaching mid June and yet nothing has been finalized!!!!!!!!!!
