Terrible service

<p>I personally have had good experiences with anyone working at Mutual & Federal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up until my claim was given to someone esle. Wow. This woman is either overworked, does not like her job or is just a bad employee. She has given Mutual & Federal a bad name, and I will surely ask my friends and family, who have switched to Mutual & Federal to find an alternative insurance company pronto.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed at the way she has handled my claim. She asks for a document, I send it back within hours. Follow up every day for 5 days and finally get a response. Like an automated email. "We are still awaiting your signed AOL."</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't wait for my claim to be finalised so that I have nothing more do to with M&F.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wow.</p>
