Terrible service

In November last year my car was driven into by a truck insured by Mutual and Federal, I chose not to go threw my insurance as not to push up my risk profile. The owners of the truck submitted all the paper work to Mutual and gave me a claim number: ***5. I waited over a month before I decided to contact them to find out what was taking so long! I was at this point told that they are waiting on paper work from me, I asked why did no one contact me and ask for the paper work? I was told that it is not up to them to do so! 'How else would I know what documents to send'! I then sent all the documents threw and waited yet another month! I then phoned to check what was taking so long for my claim, I was told that it has been sent to be finalized and was given a contact number.I waited another month before calling to check only to be told that they don't have the truck drivers license!!! This has gone on for almost FOUR MONTHS!!!! If this is the service Mutual and Federal offers there clients, let me say ,no one should EVER! insure with Mutual and Fedural
