Terrible claims experience

Tumelo from Old Mutual is not assisting with a claim for a cellphone and has gone mute on me , I’ve sent emails for the past week and there’s no response. It’s going to be a month for a cellphone claim, just imagine for a car or you’re stuck on the road in the middle of the night
