TELKOM ADMINPLUS INSURANCE.
I am writing this review with a very disappointed broken heart. I have been with TELKOM FIN-RITE Insurance for the last 7 Years and I must say,I have never experience what I am expecting now with TELKOM ADMINISTRATION PLUS.
It’s been a full month since my claim but to this day I haven’t received any feedback. The only email I received was from Ethel-Jean Pekeur informing me about the verification regarding my submitted document. I’ve been calling back and forth without any help. Can this be resolved PLEASE.The service is very Poor.
