Systems are Down Day 2

Its now two days wanting to log a claim for plumbing issue and a damaged rim and tyre leaking air from pothole. The systems are srill down and no formal communication or work around. Plumbing is a major concern cause we really need to have tge long term issue of blocked drainage sorted. Cannot use the toilet or shower as water and waist builf up every so often and have to get a private plumber to help. Rim damage and tyre damage is insured with Old mutual insurance. When will this be resolved.
