To whom it may concern, This morning I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Sushen Ajodha, Underwriter in the commercial department. Sushen is a breath of fresh air - so friendly, competent, helpful, kind and yes very professional. Thank you Sushen for taking pride in your work as I know all to well how people can be very unfair, difficult and easy to pass the buck to not take responsibility for their wrong doings - so all the best and may you be granted peace and grace to deal with such individuals.
